I hope this letter finds you well. Welcome, to my corner of this glorious universe.
My name is Imuwahen and I am very passionate about helping people, unleash their unique genius, so they can create the lives they love. I realized at age 4 that I was a unique thinking and feeling being, that could create outcomes from within. I would spend, precious moments reflecting on the world around me and plotting a powerful life path for myself.
I went from overly inquisitive to not appreciating the differences between those atoms and molecules, we had to learn in science class. My Physics teacher concluded that I was a dullard. I could not shake off the feeling of sadness that welled up within me when he reached this conclusion after many failed attempts to teach me the Archimedes principle. On the other hand, my father who doubles as my Sage called me a genius, and this confused me greatly.
“Which one was true?’ I would often, think.
“Genius or dullard?”
I decided to have a meeting with my thoughts when I got into the University. I wanted to know which was true and if perhaps, by sheer will and determination, I could create the life I wanted. I went on to graduate from the University with a 4.0 CGPA and a distinction in Management, Innovation, and Change from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom. I mean, no dullard does that, so I had my answer.
Over the past few years, I've spent my time in global classrooms, teaching millions of people how to transform their lives from within. The soft skills course that I created for a technology company, has been used to train over 1.5 million people. I have clocked in many paid hours training senior management in multinationals across 30 different countries, both offline and online.
I consider the period between birth and death, to be of supreme importance and my job is to guide those who want to evolve. My blog posts will focus on growth series, self-series, feature series, and the ‘Japa’ phenomenon because I know many young Africans want to flee the continent. If you choose to leave your birth country, you must migrate legally and continue to contribute to global development, thus, blessing this planet with your unique genius.
